Share it with a friend

Give the card to your friend or family member. Ask them to fill out their details and bring the card to their first appointment.

Terms & Conditions

The person must be a new client to Hear More Audiology.
They must book, attend, and complete a full appointment.
Must be aged 55 or older or have a measurable hearing loss if under 55.
You will receive a $100 Visa gift card once the appointment is completed.
The gift card may be replaced with an equivalent reward at Hear More Audiology’s discretion.
We reserve the right to withdraw or refuse the reward at any time.
The person you are sharing with must agree to provide their contact details and consent to us storing their information under our privacy policy.
